Trying to keep our sexy concept...
If you have been following our business model these past 2 years, you know we started this business as people people not car people. After so many sellers asking us for additional services that we weren't allowed to accommodate them with, we opted to get our license to offer these services. One of our biggest concerns was to keep the sexy concept all our clients had come accustoms too. Well, it's been a approximately 60 days since we added our additional packages, which allows sellers more options to sell their vehicle. The AL2O package was designed with the busy seller in mind who doesn't have time to assist in the test driving but doesn't want strangers coming to their homes. This package has been a hit! We have helped dozens of sellers through this package and it doesn't look like it's slowing down anytime soon. We are trying extremely hard to stay true to our original 'sexy' concept but we also know if our customers have needs we also want to accommodate them.

Who Truly Benefits?
Wow, a whole lot of changes have transpired this past 1 1/2 years! A Lot 2 Offer started with a vision of assisting the community with eliminating fraud and endangerment when buying and selling private party vehicles. Doesn't get any simpler than that, or so I thought! What I didn't anticipate was the politics involved with the 'auto' industry, which thinking back, I really should have known better considering it's a billion dollar industry with DEEP pockets!! I started the company from a private party buyers perspective, wanting a safe, secure and neutral 'place' to conduct a vehicle transaction; on my terms. Okay, simple thinking I know, but I thought once the community embraced our legitimate way of conducting business, the rest would fall into place and embrace our concept. Wrong!! The 'red' tape we have to get through to try and keep our business true to our concept is not an easy task. One day we will try and get the laws changed, recognize our business model, but until then, we will focus on our customers and what it is that we can do to assist them and stay within the laws and regulations set up for the 'auto' industry.

Help Me, Help You!
I'm not going to tell you what you need, for that matter, what I have to offer you. I'm going to ask 2 simple questions:
1. Help me understand what it is that you are trying to accomplish?
2. Help me understand why that is important to you?
Once I can understand you and your needs, it's only at that time, then I can truly help you. I've come to the realization that you can't cookie cut a private party vehicle seller and buyer and assume they all have the same needs. Yes, it's safe to assume they want to sell a vehicle or buy a vehicle. But what's important to me isn't necessarily important to you. Once you get beyond the simplicity of it, there truly is an art to understanding and to be understood. So, I say again, help me help you. If you think I'm way off base and it's about get 'em in and get 'em out, than help me understand why you feel this way! Dare to be heard. I don't see a lot of comments nor the willingness to voice an opinion. So, I'll keep writing and I'll keep assuming until someone helps me.

Vehicle History Report
Keep in mind, the prior history of a used car is easy to investigate. CarFax generally provides a simple way to research a vehicle's history if you have the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) of the vehicle you intend to purchase. An honest seller or dealer would not hesitate to provide you with a vehicle history report, or you can get one yourself by looking for the VIN in the upper left hand corner of the vehicle's dashboard and run the report. Don't assume because vehicles are sold by an individual and they present the vehicle as their own that they know the 'whole' history of the vehicle. A vehicle history report states the facts!!

No Lip Service...
The A Lot 2 Offer team doesn't give lip service but great Customer Service! Our team recognizes in this very difficult 'car' industry that you are only as good as your people and the commitments they make. When our team wrote our company mission statement, it was easy to come up with our #1 goal; achieve 100% customer satisfaction! Currently, A Lot 2 Offer averages approximately 30+ customers per day with over 66% of customers come from referrals! This speaks volumes for our goal of 100% customer satisfaction, we never want a customer to leave dissatisfied! I think we are creatures of habit but if I get terrible service you can believe I won't be back.
